Nestled in Southwestern foothills of the Catskill Mountains our 8 acre, lakeside property offers serene reprieve from the everyday.  Year round activities provide unforgettable escape experiences for any visitor.

 

Our property borders a pristine, spring fed & sand bottomed lake called 'Sand Pond'.  No motor sports allowed = incredibly clean, safe, perfect swimming, kayaking, paddle board & fishing.  The water is knee deep from our property's edge to about 15 yards out, then slopes gently to nearly 60 ft deep.  This makes our lakeside perfect for children to play safely.

 

The cabin sits atop a slight hill, about 3 min walk on private pathway from our lake's edge through our property's naturally wooded area  

(alongside a stream with minnows & frogs, perfect for mini-adventurers!). Alternately, a dirt road connects the driveway directly to lake's edge (for super easy access & moving of baby gear/coolers/lunches etc).  There are 3 lawn areas for outdoor games, one lakeside and two outside the cabin.  There is even a firepit nestled in the lawn behind the cabin for marshmallow roasting!

 

We provide a row boat, kayak, paddle board & life jackets, several lawn games (badminton, bocci ball, wiffle ball etc)  and 4 adult cruiser bikes for guest use.
